A GOOD PLAN
Identifying a simple weight loss plan is not as easy as it might first appear.
There are lots of things to take into account.
And it's because of those conciderations that I have attempted to make the whole
job a lot easier for you.
I have looked at so many different weight loss plans and programs over the
years, I have been trying to find the ideal, the best, the ultimate weight loss
plan and at last my conclusion is..... there is no such thing.
It's not a discovery that is going to shake the world, to it's core, but it's
important none the less.
Without a doubt in my mind there are certainly better ones, safer ones and
easier ones but I don't believe there is a single weight loss plan that is ideal
for everyone.
The biggest single factor in any weight loss plan is the losee.
I believe the number one reason people lose weight is because they really,
deep down inside, want to. If they then mix that want.. with a plan that has
been proven to work time and time again... they can't fail.
When someone really believes in something they will move Heaven and Earth to
achieve it. If a person really wants to and is prepared to commit 100% to a
plan, then and only then, should they move on to the next stage, which is to
find a good plan.
Finding a workable plan
There are many plans, there are many weight loss programs and products
claiming all sorts of things. As I said before there are literally millions of
pages on the internet, about weight loss. So... how can you find the best plan
for you?
I wish I knew...
In my humble opinion the best plans are the ones that take away hunger (I
hate being hungry), feed the body so it can still function properly and possibly
even better, and a plan that makes it easy.
I don't want to have to spend hours preparing food that tastes awful, just to
save 200 calories.
I want it easy... I want it quick... and I want it NOW!

Ever heard this before?
I don't over eat, but I still can't lose weight...
The body can only process around 400 calories at a time. Any excess calories
usually get stored as fat, which is why 5 or six mini meals a day is much better
for weight and fat loss. All you have to do is take two typical meals and split
them into 6, easy. At first it wont be, as all new things do, but you will find
you have more energy and you will feel better. When people only eat one meal a
day, they generally pick too. If you keep your body topped up throughout the day
you will find your cravings will soon disappear.
Start the day with a light breakfast, I have recently read that eggs are a
very good start to the day, but too many can be unhealthy, even if it's only toast it will help get the
body working after 10 hours or so of not eating. You could just have a
Herbalife shake or smoothie. It takes just a couple of minutes to prepare
and it will give you over 100 nutrients, vitamins and minerals to give you the
best start to your day. (It's also great for kids and completely safe.)
About 10-10:30 have a snack, a sandwich made with ham, tomato and the sliced
bread of your choice. This is about 170 cals bread, 70 cals 2 slices of ham, 10
cals tomato, 30 cals for the margarine a little salt a good snack and only 280
cals, good protein from the ham a good balance. GOLDEN RULE... (Eat this snack
slowly, it will give your body time to inform your brain that you've eaten.)
If you started your day with a Herbalife shake you probably won't feel hungry.
Lunch at 1-1:30
This could be part of the main meal you have split. GOLDEN RULE (Eat it
slowly) Or, This could be the ideal time for your second shake or smoothie
of the day made with the flavour of your choice. If money is a little
tight you could also take one Hoodia (Europe) Hoodia (US)
tablet which will hold off those hungry feelings until dinner. But, because you had a great Herbalife breakfast you
know you are getting the goodness you need to keep healthy.
Snack at 4
A banana, apple or a salad you have prepared earlier.
GOLDEN RULE (Eat slowly)
Main meal at 7 or whenever
About 30 minutes before you sit down for your main meal, drink a 12oz (300ml)
glass of water. Try to get vegetables in here, try to avoid processed foods
and fried foods as much as possible. Try to finish with fruit always a good choice...
Don't forget the GOLDEN RULE... eat slowly. Drink another glass of
water after your meal.
There is another advantage to eating small more frequent meals. It has been
shown that eating small meals reduces cholesterol... Double benefit, you lose
weight and get healthier. YOU CANT LOSE!!
Water, you can't live without it...
Water is without a doubt the most important single item in your daily diet.
It's important to drink about 3.5 pints or 2 litres a day.
I know it sounds a lot but it aids the body in flushing the wastes through, not
only food waste but also the millions of cells that die every second. In fact
about 5,000,000 cells die every second, if these aren't flushed from the system
problems can occur, so it needs flushing with lots of water.
If you keep your water intake up you may find a few aches and pains disappear. I
used to suffer badly with painful ankles and lower leg, but when I started
drinking 2.5 litres min. of water each and every day my legs and ankles stopped
hurting. My pain relief may not have been due solely to water because as I said
earlier I still take the product, but whatever it is it works for me and I am
not stopping #:o))
Mild dehydration also slows down the metabolism so just to keep the body pumping
it's worth drinking.
And remember when I say water, I don't mean beer, coffee, tea, milk or juice,
I mean water from a tap or from a bottle, your preference, but just pure fresh
water.
